- Please add Less Than Three Press to your address book to ensure that emails from us are not being caught in your spam filter. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please check your spam folder to make sure our reply is not there instead of your inbox. (We try to reply more quickly, but 48 hours is typically the longest it takes us to reply if we need time to determine the answer to your question.)
- If you are using a contact form on the website, please verify that you have typed your email address in correctly. We have no recourse if you type your email address incorrectly and our reply bounces back.
Additionally, please be as specific as possible when you are emailing us so that we can resolve your problems as quickly as possible. In particular, please let us know if the issue you are having is with your LT3 Serial Fiction account or LT3 Book Market account.
