L.J. is an Australian woman living with disabilities and her cat. As a child, she won a competition for drawing a picture of Australian Humpty Dumpty, complete with Aussie hat – corks hanging from strings dangling from the brim to keep the flies away, and wrote an adventure story set in Australia to go with it. From that moment, she has not looked back. L.J. enjoys watching television, reading, and listening to music. L.J. would like to take a moment to let her university professor in Creative Writing know that knowing iambic pentameter isn’t necessary in order to be able to enjoy writing, no matter how much he may have screamed to the contrary. Publications include an essay written for the now-defunct Veinglory publication produced by Emily Veinglory, in the 2003 issue and a short story for the 2004 issue. A research paper on medieval women that L.J. wrote has been used extensively as a reference guide for other writers at ‘All About Romance Novels‘ in their ‘Ask An Historian‘ section. L.J. has had fiction published by Dreamspinner Press, Noble Romance Press, Freaky Fountain Press and Less Than Three Press. Her blog is at http://misslj-author.livejournal.com/profile.
