When problems occur

If you receive a Gift Certificate by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Certificate Coupon code. You can redeem the Gift Certificate in two ways:

1. Click the link in the email. This will take you to the store's Redeem Gift Certificate page. You will then be prompted to create an account if you do not already have one. After you create or log into your account, the gift certificate is added to your Gift Certificate Account and you can then spend it on anything in the store. (Please note that you cannot spend gift certificates from the ebook store on your LT3 Press serial subscription.)

2. During the checkout process, click the "Go to Checkout" button instead of the "Check out with PayPal" button; Step 2 of Checkout prompts you for a gift certificate redemption code. Enter the code there and then click the Redeem button. The code will be validated and the gift certificate amount added to your Gift Certificate account. You can then apply the gift certificate towards your purchase.
