For over the phone support, call 1-513-338-6601. Note that our phone support is available only between Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. If no one is available to answer your call immediately, please leave a voice mail and someone will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Turnaround Time
We at LT3 prefer to answer email, since most of our means of troubleshooting and support require the internet. We reply to emailed support requests as soon as we can; most requests will be answered within a few hours though it can sometimes take up to 48 hours (on weekends, mostly), so we ask for your patience.
